One World Coders is a premium software consultancy with developers working from Kigali, Rwanda, and Kampala, Uganda. The company was founded in 2019 by Doug Bradbury and Mihigo Rugamba in partnership with 8th Light.

One World Coders have unique backgrounds. In addition to their degrees, they have all undergone a rigorous apprenticeship that builds on their schooling with essential practices like Test Driven Development. Many attended University in the United States or studied at a US institution’s campus abroad. Additionally, they have spent significant time living in a culture other than the one they grew up in. This gives our coders a broad understanding of the world and help them easily integrate into your team.
